สวัสดีครับ สมาคมสมาชิกสมาคมสถาปนิกสยามฯ และผู้ที่ติดตามวารสารอาษาทุกท่าน ก่อนที่จะกล่าวถึงธีมงานในฉบับ ผมขอถือโอกาสนี้ประชาสัมพันธ์และเชิญชวนทุกท่านเข้าร่วมงานสถาปนิก’67 ซึ่งเป็นงานใหญ่ประจำปีของสมาคมฯ ในปีนี้จะจัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิด Collective Language : สัมผัส สถาปัตย์ ที่จะแสดงถึงอัตลักษณ์ของการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาที่ไร้ขอบเขตของสถาปนิกและนักออกแบบ เป็นการเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของงานสถาปัตยกรรม และการออกแบบที่สัมผัสได้โดยผู้คนจากทั่วทุกมุมโลก ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นในปี พ.ศ. 2567 นี้ สมาคมสถาปนิกสยามฯ ได้ส่งเสริมวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรมให้เป็นที่รู้จักแก่คนทั่วไปมาเป็นระยะเวลา 90 ปีพอดี จึงเป็นโอกาสอันดีที่งานสถาปนิกปีนี้นอกจากจะเป็นพื้นที่ที่เชื่อมโยงผู้คนทั่วโลกในแวดวงสถาปัตยกรรมแล้วนั้น ยังเป็นพื้นที่ที่รวบรวมเรื่องราวการสื่อสารทางสถาปัตยกรรมตลอดระยะเวลา 90 ปี ของการก่อตั้งสมาคมฯ ให้ผู้คนได้เฉลิมฉลองและตระหนักถึงทิศทางในอนาคตร่วมกัน รวมถึงจะมีการจัดสัมมนา นิทรรศการ การแสดงผลงานการออกแบบ และเทคโนโลยีการก่อสร้างในงานอีกด้วย งานสถาปนิก’67 จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 30 เมษายน – 5 พฤษภาคม 2567 ณ ชาเลนเจอร์ฮอลล์ 1-3 อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี
สำหรับวารสารอาษา ฉบับที่ 16 ซึ่งเป็นฉบับที่เผยแพร่ในระหว่างช่วงปลายปี 2566 ถึงต้นปี 2567 ด้วยธีม “Out of the Blocks” เนื้อหาในฉบับนี้เป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับการนำวัสดุก่อรูปแบบต่างๆ มาใช้ในงานออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้งานที่ตอบโจทย์กับประโยชน์ใช้สอยอาคาร และยุคสมัย ไปจนถึงการนำเสนอความงาม และความน่าสนใจในรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ ผ่านลูกเล่น และองค์ประกอบของสถาปัตยกรรม คาดว่าเนื้อหาจากวารสารฉบับนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ เป็นแนวทางและแรงบันดาลใจให้ทุกท่านได้นำไปสร้างสรรค์ผลงานออกแบบและต่อยอดการทำงานได้ต่อไปครับ
ในฐานะของนายกสมาคมฯ ผมขอขอบคุณสมาชิกทุกท่านอีกครั้งที่ติดตามวารสารอาษามาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และให้ความไว้วางใจในการเลือกผมมาทำงานให้กับสมาคมฯ รวมถึงให้ความร่วมมือกับกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่ทางสมาคมฯ ได้จัดขึ้นเป็นอย่างดี ผมขอฝากสมาชิกทุกท่านติดตามข่าวสารและให้ความสนใจกับกิจกรรมของสมาคมฯ แบบนี้กันต่อไปเรื่อย ๆ เพื่อร่วมกันเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการขับเคลื่อนวิชาชีพของเรา และวงการสถาปัตยกรรมไทยของเราต่อไปในอนาคตครับ

Hello to all members of the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage and readers of the ASA Journal. First and foremost, I’d like to take this opportunity to ask everyone to attend Architect’ 67, the ASA’s annual large event. This year’s theme is Collective Language: Touching Architecture, highlighting the uniqueness of interacting with architects and designers’ boundless language. It also underlines the significance of architecture and designs that people worldwide experience. Furthermore, in 2024, the Association of Siamese Architects will have promoted the profession of architecture to the general public for exactly 90 years. As a result, it is an excellent opportunity for this year’s Architect Expo; in addition to being a space that connects people from all over the world in the field of architecture, it is also an area that collects stories of architectural communication over the past 90 years of the association’s founding, allowing people to celebrate and realize the future together. The event will include seminars, exhibitions, design work, and construction technology. Architect ’67 will take place from April 30 to May 5, 2024, at Challenger Hall 1-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.
For the ASA Journal, Issue 16, published between the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024 under the theme “Out of the Blocks,” This issue’s content focuses on the use of brick materials in architectural design to produce a use that responds to the building’s function and time while also presenting its beauty and intrigue in new ways through features and architectural components. This issue’s material will be useful; it is a guideline and inspiration for everyone looking to create designs and expand their work.
As president of the ASA, I would like to thank all members for their continued support of our ASA Journal and for allowing me to work for the association, including participating in different activities that the ASA has very successfully arranged. I’d like to encourage all members to stay up to date on the latest news and the ASA’s activities. I hope it continues in this manner so that we can all work together to advance our profession and the Thai architecture industry in the future.
