ขอกล่าวสวัสดีปีใหม่ทุกท่าน วารสารอาษาเล่มนี้นับเป็นเล่มที่ 10 ที่มาพร้อมกับแนวคิด Building Craft ที่จะนำเสนอเรื่องราวของงานช่างและงานฝีมือที่ปรากฎอยู่ในองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ของงานสถาปัตยกรรม ไม่ว่าจะเป็น งานไม้ งานดิน หรืองานอื่นๆในอนาคต ที่ถูกนำเอางานศิลปะเข้ามาผสมผสานกับงานสถาปั ตยกรรมมากขึ้นเพื่อเป็นตัวกลางในการสร้างความรู้สึกร่วม และสร้างสุนทรียะให้กับผู้คน นอกเหนือไปจากการใช้สอยของอาคาร หรือสถาปัตยกรรมนั้นๆ
เล่มนี้คงจะเป็นอีกมุมมองหนึ่งของการเลือกใช้วัสดุ และ เป็นอีกมุมมองหนึ่งของการสร้างสรรค์งานสถาปั ตยกรรมที่ก่อให้เกิดแนวคิดใหม่ๆ ที่จะนำเสนอผ่านความรู้ และความเข้าใจของงานฝีมือเข้ามาผสมผสาน หวังว่าเนื้อหาในเล่มนี้คงจะเข้มข้นและเป็นที่ถูกใจของผู้อ่านทุกท่านตลอดจนต้องขอขอบคุณผู้อ่านทุกท่านอีกครั้ง ที่ติดตามและสนับสนุนวารสารอาษามาโดยตลอด ณ โอกาสนี้ต้องขออวยพรให้ทุกๆ ท่าน ทั้งที่เป็นสมาชิกสมาคมฯ และไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิกสมาคมฯประสบแต่ความสุขความเจริญในปี ใหม่ พ.ศ. 2566 นี้ ขอให้ทุกท่านที่กำลังตั้งใจสิ่งใดไว้หรือหวังสิ่งใดอยู่ก็ขอให้สมปรารถนาทุกประการครับ

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy and prosperous new year. Themed “Building Craft,” the tenth issue of the ASA Journal tells stories of artisanal and craftsmanship details found in various architectural components ranging from woodwork to earth construction. More than ever before, art will be interwoven into architectural creations. It will serve as a mediator through which a built structure can provide emotional and aesthetic experiences to users in addition to its utilitarian functions.
This issue will feature some interesting takes on material usage and architectural creations, all of which can initiate and foster new knowledge and understanding regarding the incorporation of crafts in architectural design and construction. We sincerely hope that the contents of this issue will be of interest to all readers. I would like to thank you all again for your support over the years, and I wish everyone, both fellow members and non-member supporters of ASA, happiness and prosperity in the coming years of 2023. May all of your wishes and dreams come true.
